Sometimes I wake up late and forget to eat.  In case you have the same problem, I thought this might help serve as a friendly reminder.

  1. What a coincidence I forgot to have breakfast today, and then on my lunch break as I was ravenous for food, I'm treated to this delectable morsel. Thank you. (yes the first thing I do on my lunch break everyday is check BSD)
