Every town has one, a special plaster animal residents paint for charity. Baltimore's is the crab, fittingly (blue crab is the Chesapeake region's signature dish); DC managed to score two: the donkey and the elephant; Tulsa, oddly enough, laid claim to the penguin, and Bartlesville chose the buffalo. This one comes equipped with disco balls.
DC had a third: pandas.
