Dear Colby,Where on earth did you get that pic of a traditional English breakfast? Beans, mushrooms, tomahtoes (British pronunciation), big ol’ sausage, and I do believe that is haggis at the 11 and 12 o'clock position on the plate.I’ve been on three choir tours of England, did a week's residency at Westminster Abbey in 1995, also did a week's residency at Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford, on two separate occasions, in 1991 and 2006. There's no mistaking that wonderful breakfast fare -- they truly believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and I, for one, love them for it!Oh, for a trip across the Pond ...Just wish the English lads were a little more hygienic in the genital area, what with all that foreskin. I don't mind a little musk and piss taste, but I don't like it too gamey! Thanks for sharing that photo to trigger my memories of foreign adventures!
I've eaten my fair share of 'Full English', and variants thereof, as to which my ever-expanding waistline can surely attest.FYI, it's black pudding, not haggis.
Holy cholesterol, Batman!
