No man masters the art of gay erotic kitsch quite like Bob Mizer.  Full frontals got him arrested in the 1950s and his overtly racist compositions would surely get him booked in the court of public opinion today.  If you live in Southern California, I highly recommend a visit to the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) which will host a survey of Mizer's work from November 2nd to January 26th, 2014.
